Bayside II is just 100 feet from Chincoteague Bay on Doe Bay Lane and offers
access to some of the most spectacular sunsets you can find anywhere.

Located at the south end of the island, Bayside II’s location keeps you away from the
bustle of downtown but close to the bay, the beach, Merritt Harbor and Memorial Park.

The Bedrooms

For the crew (up to 8) there are
3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths.

The master bedroom has a queen size
bed and a dormer to spend some
relaxing moments.

The second bedroom has twin beds,
just right for the kids.

The third bedroom also has a queen size bed.

The Kitchen &
Dining Area

The kitchen and dining room offers
another large area to enjoy the family on
your vacation in Chincoteague.

All anemities are provided in the
upscale kitchen.

The tile floors, maple cabinets and recessed lighting make Bayside II feel like home.

You can also relax on the 24 X 8 deck
adjoining the kitchen and dining room

The Living Room

When you enter Bayside II thru the
ample foyer and go up the stairs you
are pleasantly surprised by the large
living areas on the first floor.

The Living Room alone has over
500 square feet, more than many
homes have on an entire floor.

The adjoining deck offers glimpses
of Chincoteague Bay at sunset.
