please follow the
instructions for each home below.
You will need to stop at the Realtor's office first to pickup you keys.
Morning Memories

Go straight on Maddox Blvd
approximately 1/2 mile after crossing the bridge
The Chincoteague Resort Realty Office is on the right immediately after the PNC
Bank, pickup your home packet here.
Turn right when leaving the office and right at the light ( Chicken City Rd)
Turn left at the first stop sign.
The road will turn to the right along the water and becomes Eastside Rd.
Go ¾ mile to the Lighthouse Estates entrance on the right.
Your home is the third on the left side overlooking the lighthouse and the pool. |
Sunset Dreams

Turn left when you leave the office and go to the light at the bridge, turn
left.
Proceed approximately 2.1 miles to Westport townhomes on your left.
Sunset Dreams is on your left, the center home in the first group of townhomes.

Proceed approximately 2.1 miles to Westport townhomes on your left.
Bayside is on your left, the center home in the first group of townhomes.

After crossing the causeway turn right
on Main St.
Proceed approximately
2.1 miles to Doe Bay Lane.
Turn left, Bayside II is the far townhome
in the second group 7516 Doe Bay Lane.

Go straight on Maddox

Turn right when leaving the office and right at the light ( Chicken

Turn left at the first stop sign and make an immediate right on
Ridge Rd
Proceed approximately 1.5 miles, turn left on Marsh Point Lane
Whispering Pines is the left home in the 3 duplex on the left.
