Rented for the 2010 Season



Whispering Pines is located in the middle of the island on a quiet cull de sac,
just a few blocks from the bay and a mile from downtown. 

Wait, was that a statue of Misty of Chincoteague we just drove by?
Yes it was, Whispering Pines is located on property formerly part
of the Beebe ranch featured in Misty of Chincoteague lore.
The back yard joins the pastures used by Misty herself and
occasionally you can see some of her decedents there.

The Living Room

When you enter Whispering Pines through
the large screened-in porch, don’t stop
and gasp when you get your first look,
kick your shoes off and make yourself
at home in the  large living area. 

Additional sleepers are accommodated
on the comfy sleep sofa.





The Kitchen and Dining Area


              

The open living, dining, and kitchen area will become the focal point for good conversation, games with
the kids, and quiet moments that will make your stay at Whispering Pines one to remember. 

Our family uses Whispering Pines in the off season so everything you
need to make this your home during your stay is provided. 



The Bedrooms

         



    

For the crew (up to 8) there are 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths.
  The master bedroom (top left) has a queen size bed and a dormer to spend some relaxing moments.
The second bedroom (top right) has twin beds, just right for the kids.
The third bedroom (bottom row) also has a queen size bed and a sliding door to the rear deck.
