The Living Room

When you enter Whispering Pines through
the large screened-in porch, don’t stop
and gasp when you get your first look,
kick your shoes off and make yourself
at home in the  large living area. 

Additional sleepers are accommodated
on the comfy sleep sofa.

The Kitchen &
Dining Area

The open living, dining, and kitchen
area will become the focal point for
good conversation, games with
the kids, and quiet moments
that will make your stay at
Whispering Pines one to remember. 

Our family uses Whispering Pines in the
off season so everything you need to
make this your home during
your stay is provided. 

The Bedrooms

For the crew (up to 8) there are
3 bedrooms with 2 full baths.

 The master bedroom has a queen
size bed and a dormer to spend
some relaxing moments.

The second upstairs bedroom has twin
beds, just right for the kids.

The third bedroom, downstairs, also has
a queen size bed and a sliding door
to the rear deck.

There are plenty of TV’s, games and
puzzles for the kids, as well as a DVD
and tape player (several movies are there
for your enjoyment).

Outside is a back porch swing, horseshoe
pit, outside shower to rinse the sand away
and a few bikes to explore the island.

One evening when you are on the porch,
reading one of the island books, watching
the family play a game or assemble a
puzzle you’ll hear wind in the tall pines and
know why Whispering Pines is a special
place to us.
